We do event planning and decor preparation.  You choose a small reliable team of approximately 2-4 friends and family to assist us with set up on the day of the event. We believe in utilizing your resources!

Team Duties May Include but Not Limited to...

• Transporting materials from car into venue

• Unpacking Materials to begin event prep

• Assisting with prop set up

• Placement of design focal points

You plan the event. We do the decor preparation.  You complete set up on your own the day of your event.

​

• Faux Centerpiece arrangements

• Faux Floral Table Runners

• Faux Accent Florals for Back Drop 

• Faux Accent Florals for Welcome Sign 

• Faux Accent Florals for Entrance

• Faux Accent Florals for Bar

• Aisle Arrangements

We do the event planning and set up of select event decor day of.  This package does not include day of event logistical coordination of vendors.

• Reviewing and customizing a budget

• Refining vision for event

• Locating Vendors

• Creating Supplies List

• Communicating Concerns and plan of action

• Preparing Tablescape Design Props

• Preparing floral accents

• Providing Tableware

• Providing Food Serving Utensils

• Providing Food Heating Equipment

We do the event planning and day of coordination.
